Holographic Flower Nail Art

So I was wondering, would holographic polish work for nail art flowers? About 14 seconds later I was in the Helmer, choosing colours and mentally crossing some fingers...

I definitely think it worked! Over a base of NailNation 3000 Holo Dreams, I did flowers of Color Club Miss Bliss pink detailed with Color Club Beyond near-black, and the leaves are Cirque Lonesome George and butter LONDON Trustafarian greens. They aren't the most crisply painted flower in history, what with all that holo shimmer up in the joint, which is why I went with the high-contrast Beyond for the petal swooshes, and I think that in the light, it all came together nicely.

Top coat did knock down the flare a little bit, and from some angles they looked a little more like leopard than floral, but this is me not caring in the least because they were so much fun. I love it when a vague and half-thought-out plan comes together!
