Oopsie Daisies Apple Picking

As much as I loved Orly Green Apple, I felt like doing my nails before I was ready to take off this vibrant shade. Luckily I had the perfect partner polish just waiting for it, Oopsie Daisies Apple Picking!

I could not be happier with how well these guys played together! Apple Picking is perfect for autumn, of course, but the colours are so cute and cheerful that with a bright base like Green Apple, I thought it'd be an adorable look for spring and summer too. Any time of year, really--I just love this glitter!

Oopsie Daisies Apple Picking contains small and mini pieces of red, orange, green, and golden yellow. This is just one coat, half-dabbed, half-stroked, with minimal dabbing after to fill in a couple of little spots. Coverage was great, and one coat of Nubar Diamont Seal & Shine was enough for a beautifully smooth finish. I also love that the glitters are a combination of matte and reflective, sparkling in the light while still letting the individual colours shine through.

Apple Picking is available at Oopsie Daisies Nail Polish on Etsy. I ordered two more polishes along with this one, and now I'm even more excited about trying them soon. If they turn out anywhere near as well as Apple Picking did, I just know I'm going to love 'em!

PS: Wow, I was just notified by Photobucket that I've hit my bandwidth limit for the month--this is the first time that's ever happened! Most of my newer pics are straight to Blogger now, so they'll be fine, and hopefully any "outage" of pics won't be too inconvenient--my limit should reset in just a few hours. ;)
