Super-long post today! By which I mean, super-short post today!
Before I took off The Hungry Asian Mint Condition to do yesterday's TT post, I decided to try a little flower nail art on top. I used acrylic paints for these, hoping to match the tiny red and blue glitter. Thought about doing the purple too, but I didn't want to go overboard and cover too much of the base.
Aaaaaand that's it! (^_^)

Cuuuute! x
ReplyDeleteThanks, Loes! :D
DeleteThis is so pretty! I don't think I could ever make flowers that well on my nails!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sarah! I still have a lot of improving to do, but with the right sized brush and a little bit of practice, it's not nearly as hard as I assumed it would be. Give it a shot, and I bet you'll be surprised!
DeleteBeautiful manicure!! I love it!
DeleteOh so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteThank you very much!!
DeleteElizabeth, I love ALL of your manicures. Absolutely gorgeous!! :D
ReplyDeleteAw, Ash!! Thank you so, so much!! Dangit, you got me blushing now... ^_^

DeleteThis manicure is so gorgeous!!! I love how the base is still peaking though the beautiful flowers ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you very much! I definitely didn't want to cover too much of the base--it's just such a cute polish! ;)
DeleteMint Condition looks even more gorgeous with flowers, good job :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Maria!! ^_^
DeleteWith Mint Condition on your nails, right from the start you got a base with dots of various colours, so it was a perfect background to your flowers that match the dot colours perfectly! :-) Beautiful flower nail art! :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Tanja--I really do appreciate it!
DeleteAbsolutely gorgeous
ReplyDeleteThank you very much, Laura!!
DeleteElizabeth, these flowers are gorgeous! I've been obsessed with floral nails lately - I just love the blue and red against the mint :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Heather! I wouldn't have thought to put red and blue over mint myself, but they're just so cute together in Mint Condition that I thought I'd give it a try. It was supposed to be just a quick little experiment before I moved on to doing my TT post, but I ended up putting that one off for another half a day to wear these a little longer. ;)
DeleteJust beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Meredith!! :D
DeleteSo stunning! I want to try it but I know they'd be no where near this good x
ReplyDeleteThank you very much, Becca! And you should totally give it a shot! I can count the number of times I've done acrylic painting on one hand and still have a ton of room for improvement, but it's not nearly as hard as I'd convinced myself it would be. I highly recommend Robin Moses's videos on YouTube for some great tips and encouragement!
DeleteSuch a great mani--very bright and happy!
ReplyDeleteThanks, KarenD! :o)
DeleteStunning! Reminds me of those Hawaiian t-shirts!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I can totally see it--thank you, Amanda! =)
