Halloween Nails: Henry Franks

With all of about 8 minutes left on Halloween here I have one more nail design to share, dedicated to a good friend whose first novel was just published!

Henry Franks Halloween Nails

I did these nails to go with Peter Salomon's YA horror/thriller novel, Henry Franks, about a young man who wakes up after an horrific accident with a body covered in scars and no memory of who he is. I'm about halfway through and am all kinds of creeped out--in a very good way! I still don't know who the killer is, I'm totally unnerved by the dreams and the box of clues in the basement, and what the hell is in the backyard?!

I used several neutrals for these that I thought would make some good skin tones on me: OPI Did You Ear About Van Gogh?, OPI Tickle My France-y, OPI San Tan-tonio, and Revlon Elegant...and also OPI Stranger Tides because I thought the greenish tint would look kinda cool. ^_-

Congratulations, Pete, on an awesome debut, and to everybody, Happy Halloween!

    1. Thank you, Yun! I thought about extending the stitch/scar lines across my hands with some brown eyeliner to see if that'd up the creep factor, but I was officially out of time to get this posted before Halloween was over. ;)

    1. Thanks, Jenna! I have it on Kindle, but I'm still looking for a hard copy here in Hong Kong. (Come to think of it, I really should add a shot of the cover...off to edit now! ;p)

    1. Thank you so much, Jenni Lee! I loooove Stranger Tides, that bit of grunge-grey in the green is just awesome. If you can't find it specifically, Essie Da Bush and Butter London Bossy Boots are close enough that I'd consider them dupes.
